Save the Date!!

Join us for Mitzvah Day - a day of tikkun olam for the entire congregation.  This is a day for all Temple members to work together to help others in need, in the Boston area and beyond.  Choose from among multiple projects that will be going on simultaneously.  Many projects do not have capacity limits, but some of them do so please check the list and register for these in advance.

We are collecting supplies in the Temple lobby from Oct 19 - 26.  Please gather and bring:

• Kitchenware and tableware (gently used) for refugee families
• Children's clothing (gently used) for Cradles to Crayons
• Books for children and adults (gently used) for Reach Out and Read, for More Than Words, and for the Plympton Elementary School in Waltham, where Temple members volunteer as literacy tutors
• Supplies for Reproductive Rights Care Packages (instant hot compression packs, maxi pads, nut-free granola bars, hard candies, Hershey's kisses, and string backpacks to hold these items)
• Food - canned tuna and low-salt vegetables for Family Table

Bring yourself, your family, and a friend!  Stay for a community pizaa party from 11:30-noon.
