Social Action's "Welcome Blanket" Project

Stitch, knit or crochet for the Welcome Blanket Project (welcomeblanket.org) with the Social Action Committee! No experience is needed and all ages are invited. Together, we will create beautiful blankets symbolizing how we extend the warmth of our community to others. You can choose to make one (or more) 10 x 10 inch squares, or complete a 40 x 40 inch blanket on your own. Join us monthly to create, talk, and make connections.  This is a welcoming community for any crafters to drop in. Bring your materials to work on, or pick up a starter kit.
