Early registration helps us thoughtfully prepare classes, staffing, programming, and special experiences for our students, ensuring that we can continue building the warm, joyful, and enriching environment that makes our school so special.
Please remember a few important things when you register for school on ShulCloud:
- You must be logged into ShulCloud to register! If you have a child in your family who is not listed in your family profile, please add them in your profile and then their name will appear if they are eligible for Religious School. If you have logged in previously, please visit ShulCloud at www.members.betheltemplecenter.org. If you have not yet set up an account or need to reset your password, please click "forgot password" and set a new login.
- Please register all students in your family who you think might be attending religious school. Our database has difficulty adding students in later, and we encourage you to register everyone in your family now. (If you need to add a student later on in the summer, you will have to re-register your whole family!)
- If your student is tutored in lieu of Hebrew School, you will see that your student is enrolled in "Hebrew tutoring" and should not be registered for Hebrew School.
- After your registration is approved, you will receive an invoice for payment separately. You will be able to select your preferred payment (check, credit card, etc.) and we ask that you pay your first installment by June 15, 2026 (registrations after June 15 will incur a $50 late fee!).
- As always, we never want finances to stand in the way of your family's participation in BETC, and we encourage anyone needing financial assistance to please indicate so on the registration forms or to reach out directly to Temple President Liane Weber or Treasurer Gail Walker. All conversations and information shared will be confidential.
