Virtual Services and Events Information

If you would like to attend services in-person, you may use this link to sign up.  For those who prefer to attend virtually from home, we continue to offer services online using Zoom video conferencing.  See the full list of events with conference links to get the meeting links and passwords.

If you are new to Zoom, please see the Zoom Resources section below. Apart from at the start and end of the service, please follow etiquette and keep your microphone on Mute at all times.

During the service, we will have the regular spots for offering prayers of healing (Mi Shebeirach) and of mourning (Kaddish). Rather than having folks speak through the conference, we will use the "Chat" feature of Zoom to ask you to type in any names you are thinking of.

Please feel free to bring your candles and a kiddush cup to join together with the congregation as we light the candles and say kiddush as a community.

Zoom Resources

The BETC Communications Committee recognizes that the switchover to Zoom has been challenging for some of our members. We would like to offer you access to two documents that will hopefully help you with this post-Covid method of communication.

The first is a Zoom Manual, created by Rachel Dovek (our very own 2nd Grade teacher!) and her team. The second is a document with Zoom Tips created by Lauren Lichtel, Communications Committee Chair. Zoom also provides an introduction themselves.

We hope you are able to use these documents to feel more comfortable participating in services, events, and meetings as we continue to bond as a community.  Please respect the hard work that went into creating these documents by not sharing them outside our community without express permission from the creators. Thank you.

COVID-19 Guidelines and Plans

Temple leadership has recently emailed the community with an update to our approach during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be sure you are familiar with these updated guidelines before any planned visit to the temple building.

Although the Health Attestation Form is not required at this time, we are maintaining the link to it in case the need arises again.
