Help support BETC, while treating yourself to delicious, healthy oranges and grapefruits. The FUNdraising Committee is selling California naval oranges and Texas Rio Red grapefruit for delivery each month, January through April 2019. Proceeds from fruit sales will go to the temple's fundraising commitment for this year.
And, you can do a mitzvah for others: monetary donations above and beyond your personal order will help buy boxes of fruit for refugee families in the area or for the JFCS (Jewish Family and Children's Services).

The Fruit
The fruit comes in 20 lb. boxes (2/5 bushel) which contain 28-40 oranges or 12-16 grapefruits per box.
The fruit is literally picked two days before arriving by refrigerated truck. The quality simply doesn’t compare to store-bought fruit. Our pricing is comparable to supermarket prices and far cheaper than the gift box catalogue pricing.
Cost - $32 for a full box or $16 for a half box. Orders can be for any of the following:
- Full boxes of oranges or grapefruits,
- Full boxes mixed half and half, or
- Half boxes of oranges or grapefruits.

The Schedule:
Orders for the February sale must be received by Tuesday, February 7th. The truck arrives on Saturday February 18th, and orders can be picked up at BETC Sunday morning, Feb 19th.
March ordering deadline will be February 23rd for pickup at BETC Sunday morning, March 11th
April ordering deadline will be March 23rd for pickup at BETC Sunday morning, April 8th
