In this four session course, Rabbi Kraus will explore how Jewish values might help us navigate some difficult but critical bioethical issues. What does Judaism have to teach us as we wrestle with choices about abortion or end of life treatment? To what extent should religion influence our approach to these kinds of questions? As you might expect, there is a range of Jewish religious answers to most of these bioethical questions. Yet, despite that diversity, is there an underlying Jewish world view or a set of questions that could help us make good (even holy) choices in our increasingly complex world?
Join us for what should be a fascinating, instructive and important learning discussion.
