All are welcome to join Adult Learning for a screening of the short documentary, "Amen, Amen, Amen" in the Zonis Auditorium or on Zoom.

This 2021 film tells the story of the first Jewish congregation in the United Arab Emirates.  The Jewish community in Dubai created a Torah scroll and presented it in a ceremony to Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

We’ll start with Havdalah at 7pm.  After the screening, there will be an opportunity to direct questions to the filmmaker, Tom Gallagher.
