Those of you who attended the BETC Stained Glass Windows celebration a few weeks ago were privileged to experience a remarkable performance by member Jeffrey Korn of a classic Yiddish theater song called "Rumenye! Rumenye!." On May 27, Jeffrey took center stage with the Boston Pops at Symphony Hall and delivered a stunning rendition to a sold-out crowd. BRAVO JEFFREY!
The evening, billed as “Harvard Night” included performances by Yo-Yo Ma (Class of ‘76) and Harvard friends Tom Morello and Mia Chung and Anne Preven. It was an incredible line-up, with John Williams conducting his own music. Jeffrey Korn has performed for audiences around the world, making himself at home in genres ranging from Classic Broadway to Big Band to Acapella to Yiddish Theatre.
